Lighted garland is easy to make and can be used lots of places!
Supplies: lights, scrap fabric, and scissors
Cut 1/2" approximately 1" apart on scrap fabric
Then tear fabric into strips. Tearing frays the fabric (and a lot faster too!)
I did 2 colors, but you can do more or less. Possibilities are endless.
Then start tying onto light strand. No need to double tie. You can make this as full as you like.
It is a very messy process.
