So easy! It took just a few minutes to do.
1st: Sew 3 wrong, yes wrong sides together.
2nd: Stuff old pillow in.
3rd: Sew that side closed
DONE!
I've seen lots of pillows made from placemats on Pinterest. So I thought I'd try one (Three Elle Canny Style). I've had 2 red throw pillows for a while and one was Santa and they get tossed around year round. They desperately needed made over. Then at a yard sale (my favorite place), I found 4 placemats for $0.25. A WHOLE quarter!! Can't beat that!! Before So easy! It took just a few minutes to do. 1st: Sew 3 wrong, yes wrong sides together. 2nd: Stuff old pillow in. 3rd: Sew that side closed DONE! I love it! It's much better than before.

Ok, so my daughter wore her good (only because she has like 3 pair of shorts total) to rock paint. This is a great fun cheap family activity that can easily fill a whole day. For these shorts, it worked awesomely! No more paint! Not sure how it works on other materials though. I purchased Tulip Fabric from Walmart 2 years ago!! So this review is not in any way connected to Tulip. I received nothing from them or anyone to do this. Prepared our work area. That's my lovely co-worker. 😊 My co-worker working on her project. Our finished projects. This is what I used! Review: I absolutely love this stuff! It is very easy to use. Although, my 7 and 10 yr olds did have a hard time pumping. I think it's just them. I had no issue at all. I did what YouTube to get ideas. After complete. I took top of pump off and washed out with warm water so there will be less of a chance of paint drying inside. Overall, 2 thumbs up! Fun, easy, great family project! I just came back from 7 great days on Oak Island, NC! It was absolutely breathtaking! I got many great pics! Lighted garland is easy to make and can be used lots of places! Supplies: lights, scrap fabric, and scissors Cut 1/2" approximately 1" apart on scrap fabric Then tear fabric into strips. Tearing frays the fabric (and a lot faster too!) I did 2 colors, but you can do more or less. Possibilities are endless. Then start tying onto light strand. No need to double tie. You can make this as full as you like. It is a very messy process. This one is finished! It is a bit time consuming! Here it is on my prim tree! Here is one I made for my mantel. Unlit Super easy! Just a few dollars and a few minutes! Supplies: tops (mine were either stained or washer ate small holes in them), baseball, scissors, hot glue, candle sticks. Cut fabric into circles. Size does not matter, but all circles should be similarly sized. Fold circle in half, then half again. Glue onto ball. Cover most of ball except small area where you attach to candle stick. Fluff a bit and done! Both of mine took just over an hour to complete! Happy Crafting! I have worked really hard last few weeks creating my one of a kind fall decor items and other year round things. The day had finally come. I drove 45 mins and set up (pictured.) The day was a total flop, fail, loss!!! I was and am so disappointed! I don't even think 20 people walked through the door. Only positive news is I saw an old childhood friend and made a few new ones. |
